Risk of Rain 2 items stack and combine so every loop feels different. Official copy lists 110+ pickups; extra DLC loot is still being catalogued.

The item system is the core of Risk of Rain 2. Official copy lists more than 110 items so every run stays fresh. The more you collect, the more effects stack, and the stranger some combinations get. Item logs also carry lore: finding a new pickup unlocks another entry.

Official copy does not print a white/green/red table or per-item numbers. This page treats "110+, stackable, combo-heavy" as verified. Drop weights, stack formulas, and a full checklist stay unverified.

How items change a run

Official copy describes two-sided scaling: you get stronger while enemies do too. Items are the main way you keep up. Because stages, enemies, and drops shuffle, the same pickup can feel different on another survivor or under another Artifact. Official copy invites theorycrafting instead of one fixed endgame loadout.

Logs are the official collection path. Killing, looting, and exploring all leave entries. That is why searches mix "item wiki" with "unlock all items": the log is progress. The total number of log entries is unverified.

How DLC grows the pool

Sourced notes list three released expansions: Survivors of the Void, Seekers of the Storm, and Alloyed Collective. Alloyed Collective shipped on 18 Nov 2025 with new items, drones, and a final boss, plus a 1.4.1 balance patch. Upcoming Hallowed Concepts adds two new types: Hex (downsides only) and Hallowed (powerful items converted from Hex), plus a Curio slot. Those belong on later pages. This page does not invent their full name lists.
