Risk of Rain 2 character builds are alternate skills plus item combos, not a talent tree. The most specific notes are the Seekers of the Storm 2.0 rework, plus how Operator and Drifter are meant to play. Match items to that kit instead of copying one endgame loadout.

Seekers trio: the source is most specific here

Seeker: the kit is Tranquility stacks. After the rework, max Tranquility can self-revive once per stage; later successful meditations can also revive allies once per stage and are no longer locked to the seventh stack. Alternate special Palm Blast is a chargeable piercing shot, 400–700% damage, healing affected allies; hitting three enemies or allies grants a Tranquility stack. Alternate utility Reprieve is a limited flight that spawns a vortex to pull and heal. Those numbers come from the diary. Later patches would need a new source.

False Son: you can use the Brother's Steps sprint while charging Club Slam or Father Laser. Lunar Spikes can fire while sprinting. Alternate secondary Lunar Stakes fire piercing shards (300% damage) that call 150% lightning and apply Lunar Ruin. Alternate utility Meridian's Will teleports to a target, deals 150% and stuns, and buffs the lunar passive with attack speed and armor. Using Stakes doubles the HP items needed to grow stacks — that is diary wording, not a rewritten threshold.

Chef: dice can throw three knives, auto-return or hold to pin them for more damage. Seein' Red range grew. Icebox hits three times for 150% and applies frost; at six stacks it can freeze enemies below 30% HP, compared in the diary to Artificer Snap Freeze and Railgunner Cryo. Oil Spill jumps, sprays oil, and can retrigger three times; oil ignites or freezes. Yes, Chef enhances the new skills. Exact combos are left for players.

Alloyed pair: role only

Operator commands drones. Drifter is one of two new Alloyed Collective survivors. Neither kit has a sourced item priority list.

Everyone else

Commando, Huntress, Engineer, Captain, and MUL-T only get "unique combat and alt skills." Huntress may show a new secondary in Hallowed Concepts footage, but a former community manager said that expansion would not include alternate skills. The conflict stays unverified. This page will not invent 2026 endgame pages for them.
