A useful Risk of Rain 2 items cheat sheet is not 110 icons. It is a map of types: what family a pickup belongs to, and whether it rewrites the run. Official copy confirms 110+ stacking items. Artifacts can change drop and spawn rules. The source has no official one-page atlas, so this sheet only groups types.

Types we can check

  • Base items: 110+; stacking gets weird; item logs exist. White/green/red lists and stack formulas stay unverified.
  • Artifact-related: friendly fire, random survivors, item choice can be toggled. Internal Artifact names stay unverified.
  • Lunar / Heresy: a lore video links Heresy to Kur-skan's body. The four-piece English names and numbers stay unverified.
  • Void: Survivors of the Void. The void table stays unverified.
  • Alloyed Collective: new items, drones, a final boss; 18 Nov 2025. A numbered checklist is not in the source.
  • Hallowed Concepts: 10 Hex, 11 Hallowed, Curio; unreleased. Unnamed items and the convert step stay unverified.

Hallowed Concepts dev diaries name two showcase Hexes: Hex of Strife (mountain-shrine pressure on the teleporter, no extra reward, harder bosses) and Hex of Blindness (vision limited to 96 meters). Showcase Hallowed items include Infernal Mark (soul brand, aggro, friendly fire) and Dream Crucible (once per stage, consumes itself when another item goes on cooldown or is spent). Those can sit on a cheat sheet, but the expansion is not out.

How to use this in a run

Learn base drops first. Do not spend the run chasing a Key or redeem code the source never defines. Turn on Artifacts only when you want the rules changed. DLC changes the pool: Void is a side path, Alloyed Collective leans on drones and machine stages, Hallowed Concepts is curse-then-relic. Official copy for Alloyed Collective says monsters, stages, and items can appear for the whole lobby if one player owns the DLC. Whether players without the DLC can use the new survivors stays unverified.
