Clues that actually appear in the source
A high-traffic lore video stitches item logs together. Treat it as player reading, not a patch note. The video argues that before Mithrix finished lunar items, he tested whether other beings could make them. A Hellfire Tincture log is read as a failed experiment because that item hurts its user in-game. Other logs are read as Mithrix asking Kur-skan for more lunar work, including a glowing meteor. The studio does not endorse that chain in the source file.
The same video says player survivors assemble Kur-skan's fragments and puppet the body. During the Mithrix fight he asks who is operating the Heretic. That is why lunar, Heresy, and the final boss get searched together. It is still not a lunar checklist.
Do not fold unreleased types into lunar
Hallowed Concepts showed one unnamed Lunar Equipment plus a curse/relic line around N'kuhana. Hex, Hallowed, and Curio are written as new types, not as a lunar-shop subset. Price, date, and full names are unannounced.
